ok so while i have braids i wash them every 3 weeks....and i usually keep them in for about a good 3-4 months....besides grease. is it possible if i can go to the salon and get a deep conditioner??....or even get a hot oil treatment to promote faster growth while having the braids?????

You really should go to a salon to find out. Like I said, if you do it wrong, you risk ruining your braids.
I recommend getting a few opinions from different stylists before making your decision.

Ummm whatever you do don't use conditioner because you will only lose hair. I would go with the oil treatment and lay off the grease for a while. Some greases aren't healthy for the scalp.
