he wears it in buns, braids and all that in school and yes he gets made fun of, how can i tell him that he needs more then just a trim without hurting his feeling and he is 100% straight, not gay

" You know im your friend and everything and friends are supposed to be honest and honestly i dont like how long your hair is,im kind of tired of people making fun of you for your hair and im saying this because i care about you (in a non gay way),and i really think that you should at least get it cut up to your shoulder its still long that way but it looks better and maybe people wont make fun of you.Plus if you get that much cut off it you could donate it and it will become a wig for people who really need hair so in the end you wont be doing this for you you will be doing it for people who need hair more than you do and if you still dont wnat to get your hair cut for a good cause then i understand its your hair and if you like it really long then i wont bother you about the length of it and i wont worry about how long your hair is anymore"

make sure you make it friendly so that way he wont take it in offence and just say that you wouldnt care if he got it cut or not just tell him to do it for a good cause..

i think that you should recomend the hair cut and not tell him that he should get it but i wouldnt tell my friend to get their haircut because if they like it and they are fine with the making fun of then i dont care and i iwll love them for them

i know a guy who had hair down to his waist and a hairdresser from my work shaved his head for charity so you should suggest this. the guy i know made loads and he got his picture in the papers to raise awarness. The hairdressers would love the publicity too so if he contacted them to do it and arranged it all properly it would be a good thing to do for charity and a way for you to convince him to get his hair cut!!
